my dearest darlingest emlyn.

Emlyn bought me this headband in NYC.  She thought I would like it.  I do.  Apparently, it is a vintage velvet flower glued to a band.

it’s intimidating to work into an outfit. it can’t be too simple or else it looks out of place, but if it’s too intricate, it overwhelms..

    alsooooo i adore the shorts/mukluks you have in a post further down… where did you get them?

    Hey, Hannah! The mukluks are from a store up in the town where I live, the shorts are from Old Navy. I swore off shorts for years (hated my knees) and only recently decided they’re not so bad, and only this past summer started to actually love wearing shorts.

    ohhh my gosh haha same problem! (although I’m not sure why you think that… :P) I can’t stand my legs! I am loving black tights soo much this winter because they’re so flattering. (: and my fave shorts last summer were from old navy as well (:
