The time has come, the walrus said, to speak of bags and rings…

Well, not rings, but “bags” and “colorful patent wedges” don’t rhyme.

But you knew that.

So anyway, after buying a pink featherweight sweater and some shorts and an orange sherbert cardigan (that I will hopefully exchange for a better fit) I feel like I can really work my wardrobe around this when it comes to clothing, and since I am slightly lacking in the bag/shoes area, I have decided instead to focus on accessories. I mean, I wouldn’t want to go all out floral anyway.

So first, the bag:

I saw these on Budget Babe and I love the idea of a convertible tote, but I couldn’t find any like that for a price that worked for my not working, schooling, theatring, no-time-for-a-real-job budget.

So off I went to the Target and I found this first…

I love the colors, but I was ambivalent about how it might look without the structuring paper in it. So then I found this…

I LOVE the color, it will probably go with more stuff since it is just one color, the pleats are fabulous, there is that shoulder strap which I love, etc etc it’s perfect yeah.

So I’m going to save up some money to buy it before I start saving for France. Did I mention that? I’m going to France this summer!
