This blog is primarily fashion with some music, art, literature thrown in helter skelter here and there la la la.
Clothes are just fun for me. It is a way to express how I feel, to put my daily inspiration (if I have any) on display. I try to look put together every day, but there are, of course, days when I just throw on whatever the hell I can find. We all have those days.
I’m not one of those people who thinks that you have to have all designer/expensive clothes to dress well. I’m not one of those people who thinks that designer/expensive clothes are a rip off and have no real value. If my financial situation allowed, I would have a mix of both high end and simple lower end items in my wardrobe.
On words like “fashionable” and “stylish”, I really don’t like them. There is no word that can adequately describe something that way because whether or not it is “stylish” differs by every single person breathing and not. But there are always times when nothing else can be said. I lean towards stylish, because I think it somehow speaks more to personal ideas as opposed to what is currently being dictated as “good” by the (often very screwed up) fashion industry.
Also, regarding the double negative in the title…it IS on purpose…
